- Evaluation of origin of any disordered eating and its development through time
- Identify emotional history which may have triggered disordered eating
- Evaluation of medical factors and family history of medical illnesses

- Development of a plan which will promote a healthy outcome – both mentally and physicall
Nutrition follow up visits – via face to face sessions on Skype
- Cost is $150 for 1 hour session
- Assist client with integrating new habits and thoughts in small steps
- Continued support to promote mindful and intuitive eating
- Help client to separate emotions and food
- Help with improved body image and attainment of natural body weight
Clients with active eating disorders must be involved with a local MD and therapist to qualify for online counseling.
